Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act

The Red Bank Board of Education notifies all parents, students, employees and staff that the activities required by the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), 40 CFR, Part 763.93, have been fulfilled. These requirements include the Three Year Re-inspection and assessments of the asbestos containing materials located within the facilities utilized by the Red Bank Board of Education.
